Ich bin auch dafür, die globale Erwärmung zu bekämpen – aber eine Durchschnittstemperatur von 2 °C wäre mir dann doch ein wenig zu kalt…

Today I have tried about six (!) times to book a return ticket to London on the Eurostar. Four times on Safari, twice on Firefox. Each time, when I get to the last step of confirming my booking it tells me “your shopping basket is empty”! What the hell?!!! I’m sorry, do we not write the year 2009? I just wonder how other people manage to book, because the prices are climbing up between each unsuccessful attempt…

Update: But managed to book the same connection without much ado via the SNCB website… Don’t tell me nothing is working in Belgium!

My time was 4h 10′ 36″, it was the first time I ever tried the full distance (42,175 meters).
